Why Mourne?
Puns aside, there is a very serious, practical reason we use Silent Valley Reservoir as the water source for water for every single cup of coffee we make.
Irish rain cascading over granite mountain slopes gives Silent Valley water its unmistakable purity. Naturally soft, clean, and low in dissolved minerals, it’s the perfect companion for the clarity syphon coffee demands.
No heavy calcium.
